  1. Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver throughout mainland UK including England Scotland and Wales. Shipping to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles is available however delivery times and costs may vary.
    Please note that we are unable to ship to North Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
  2. What delivery methods are available, and do you offer a collection option? Delivery will be made by one of our trusted delivery partners depending on your address and the order size/contents.
    Where tracking information is available, this will be provided in your confirmation of dispatch email. We do not offer a collection option for web orders at this time.
  3. How long does your delivery take? 
    We work with a variety of trusted delivery partners to provide reliable and efficient shipping. While we aim to dispatch orders on a next working day delivery wherever possible, please be aware that some products may take up to 7 days to arrive, depending on stock levels and courier schedules. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
  4. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. The exact cost will be calculated and added at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
  5. Can I amend or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend or cancel it for you. If your item has already arrived and is no longer required, please get in touch before returning it. Provided the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging, we may be able to arrange a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Ways to pay? All payments are handled securely by Stripe, using industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools.
  7. What should I do if an item arrives damaged?  In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact our sales team on +44 (0)1622 718487 as soon as possible. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
  8. Can I set up repeat or scheduled deliveries? Unfortunately, this option is currently not available, but we are working hard to explore this as an option in the future.
