A highly palatable low sugar lick containing a full spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals ideal for all horses and ponies of all ages & activity levels. The natural fresh forage flavour pasture lick is an ideal way to ensure that your horse or pony can access vitamins and minerals when they need them, providing a natural ‘little and often’ approach to feeding. Ideal for those horses at grass, youngstock, horses on box rest or convalescing.

Pasture Lick Feeding Rate

Introduce gradually into the diet before allowing free access

These feeding rates are intended as a guide only. The recommended intake for a 500kg horse is 250g/day.

To avoid bullying always offer a minimum of two tubs when feeding more than one horse. Place inside a car tyre to reduce excessive movement.

While this PASTURE LICK is designed to be durable and enjoyable for your horse, it's important to monitor their interactions with it. If you notice your horse kicking, pawing and or biting at the container, it's advisable to take precautions to prevent potential damage or injury.

Avoid Unattended Use:

For your horse's safety, we recommend not leaving them unattended with the PASTURE LICK container.

Alternative Solutions:

If you're concerned about your horse's behaviour, consider these alternatives:
Secure Placement: Place the PASTURE LICK container in a secure, elevated area where your horse’s hooves can't easily reach it.

Protective Covering: Use a protective barrier to shield the PASTURE LICK from your horse's playful hooves.
